MCPread-onlyEN Estimate child support under Québec's official model.
This MCP connector estimates the parental child-support contribution under the Québec model of the Ministère de la Justice: each parent's disposable income, a basic-contribution table based on combined income and the number of children, pro-rata split, adjustment based on custody time, and special expenses. It explains the method and refers to the official sources.
This is an estimate, never legal advice or an official amount: the court (or the administrative service SARPA) sets the real amount, and specific circumstances may change the result. The table is indexed every year.
